The normal use of CNC lathes must meet the following conditions, the power supply voltage fluctuation at the position of the machine tool is small, the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.

Environmental requirements
The machine should be located away from the vibration source, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of humidity and air currents. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, an anti-vibration ditch should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, and will make the electronic components have poor contact and failure, which will affect the reliability of the machine tool.

Power requirements
Generally, CNC lathes are installed in the machining workshop, not only the ambient temperature changes greatly, the use conditions are poor, and there are many kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position of installing the CNC lathe requires strict control of the power supply voltage. Supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system.

Temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of the CNC lathe is less than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there is an exhaust fan or air cooler inside the CNC electric control box to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the central processing unit, constant or little change in temperature difference. Excessive temperature and humidity will lead to reduced control system element life and lead to more failures. Increasing temperature and humidity and increasing dust can cause bonds on the integrated circuit board and cause short circuits.

Standardize the use of machine tools
When using the machine, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the individual components of the machine. Only the value of the gap compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
The user cannot change the machine tool accessories at will, such as using a hydraulic chuck that exceeds the specification of the manual. When setting up accessories, the manufacturer fully considers the matching of parameters in each link. Blind replacement causes mismatch of parameters in various links, and even causes unpredictable accidents.
The pressure of using hydraulic chucks, hydraulic turrets, hydraulic tailstocks, and hydraulic cylinders should be within the allowable stress range, and it is not allowed to be arbitrarily increased.
