The acceptance of CNC lathes should be carried out in accordance with the "technical requirements for the manufacture and acceptance of CNC horizontal lathes" promulgated and implemented by the state.
Unpacking and acceptance
Check the contents of the box one by one according to the random packing list and the list of specific accessories in the contract. and make a record of the examination. It is as follows:
Whether the packing box is in good condition, whether there is obvious damage to the appearance of the machine tool, rust and paint stripping;
Whether there is technical information and whether it is complete;
Variety, specification and quantity of accessories;
Variety, specification and quantity of spare parts;
Variety, specification and quantity of tools;
Variety, specification and quantity of knives (blades);
mounting accessories;
Variety, specification and quantity of electrical components;
Start-up test
After the installation and commissioning of the machine tool is completed, the manufacturer will be notified to send someone to debug the machine tool. The main tests are as follows:
1. All kinds of manual tests
a. Manual operation test Test the accuracy of manual operation.
b. Jog test
c. Spindle shift test
d. Overtravel test
2. Functional test
a. Perform functional tests on machine tools with buttons, switches, and manual control. The flexibility, smoothness and reliability of the test operation.
b. Choose any kind of spindle speed to do the continuous test of spindle start, forward, reverse and stop. Operate no less than 7 times.
c. Spindle high, medium and low speed conversion test. The tolerance between the command value and the displayed value of the rotational speed is ±5%.
d. Select any kind of feed, and continuously do the working feed and rapid feed test on the full stroke of the XZ axis. The fast stroke should be greater than 1/2 of the full stroke. Positive and negative and continuous operation not less than 7 times.
e. On the full stroke of the X and Z axes, do low, medium and high feed conversion tests. The turret turret is subjected to various indexing and clamping tests.
f. Hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems are tested for sealing, lubrication and cooling, so that there is no leakage.
g. The chuck is clamped, loosened, flexible and reliability tested.
h. The spindle is tested for forward rotation, reversal, stop and change of spindle speed.
i. The turret turret is tested in the forward and negative directions.
j. The feed mechanism does low, medium and high feed for the rapid feed transformation test.
k. Test feed coordinate overtravel, manual data entry, position display, return to datum point, program serial number instruction and retrieval, program pause, program deletion, address line interpolation, linear cutting wandering, taper cutting cycle, thread cutting cycle, arc cutting cycle, tool position compensation, pitch compensation, clearance compensation and other functions of reliability, action flexibility, etc.
3. Pneumatic rotation test
a. The operation test of the active mechanism shall not be less than 1 hour in the maximum speed section, the temperature value of the spindle bearing shall not exceed 70 °C, and the temperature rise value shall not exceed 40 °C;
b. Continuous dry running test, the movement time is not less than 8 hours, and the cycle time is not more than 15 minutes. At the end of each cycle, the work stops and simulates the action of the loose card workpiece, stopping for no more than one minute before resuming operation.
4. Load test
The user prepares the drawings and blanks of typical parts, programs and enters the program under the guidance of the commissioning personnel of the manufacturing plant, and selects the cutting tool and cutting quantity. The load test can be carried out in the following three steps, rough turning, heavy cutting, and fine turning. Each step is divided into single cutting and cycle program cutting. After each cutting is completed, the actual size of the machined part of the part is checked and compared with the instruction value, and the operation accuracy of the machine tool under load conditions is checked, that is, the comprehensive machining accuracy of the machine tool and the indexing accuracy of the turret turret.
5. Acceptance
After the unpacking and acceptance of the machine tool, the function test, the dry operation test and the load test are completed, the qualified products are processed, and the acceptance and handover procedures can be handled. If there is a problem, the manufacturer should be responsible for solving it.
