1. Workbench
The table of the gantry machining center is basically rectangular. Workbenches, beds, columns, beams and rams and other large castings are made of cast iron or welded parts, and the inner cavity of the castings is a honeycomb composite arrangement structure, with advanced design, all of which are processed by aging and secondary tempering, eliminating residual internal stress to make the material stable, and ensuring the stability of the workpiece processing accuracy and the life of the machine tool.


2. Gantry
The gantry consists of a beam and two columns. It is divided into three types: fixed beam, sectional lifting of the beam locked by the positioning block and arbitrary lifting of the beam.


3. Rams
The ram can be divided into two types in terms of structure: open and closed. The ram of open structure is clamped on the headstock by pressing plate, and the cross-sectional area of ram is large, and the ram of closed structure is clamped in the headstock box, and the cross-sectional area of ram is small.

4. Magazine
There are three basic types of tool magazines: turret type, wheel drum type and chain length type.


5. Accessory header library
The machining of large and complex parts often requires a lot of attachment heads. The accessory head is specially designed according to the processing requirements of the workpiece, which is generally divided into right-angle head, extended head, special angle head and universal head.


6. CNC system
There are many suppliers of CNC systems, and there are different choices for system brands and models according to different needs.


7. Accuracy
The accuracy of the machine tool refers to the original accuracy of the machine tool under the condition that it is not subjected to external load. Accuracy is usually expressed as the deviation from the ideal state (referred to as error) on its opposite, and the smaller the error, the higher the accuracy.
